❌ Return Policy

  • Varkha Creations does not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged product is received.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged / Wrong Products)

  • Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Approved replacements will be delivered within 10–15 working days.

💰 Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for any orders.

  • In approved cases (wrong or damaged product), we will issue:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A store credit (coupon code) at our discretion.

  • Coupon codes (if issued) will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

🚚 Wrong / Damaged Product Received

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Varkha Creations will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost after quality verification.

  • Please share clear images or an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

📦 Important Notes

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or promotional campaigns are final sale items.

  • Any return/exchange request raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  • Varkha Creations reserves the right to reject any claim if the product does not meet our quality and policy criteria.
